"Disappointed with maternity care"

About: St Thomas' Hospital (London)

I'm 28 weeks pregnant under the care of the River Team if you even can call it care. I went for my 28 week appointment on 6 April which was 50min delayed and so I was the last patient of the day. The appointment was rushed and the midwife told me that the services were already closed so she couldn't book my next appointments and should receive the dates in two days. It has been now more than a week and I've emailed the river team twice asking for dates with no response so far, also called the maternity services and apparently the midwife missed to book my appointments. I have no idea about the results of my blood test and very little information has been logged into my pregnancy notes. I shouldn't be worrying about this and it only increases unnecessary anxiety. I do appreciate that the services are busy but you would expect a much better service from an hospital like St. Thomas. We are supposed to be under the care of a team but there's no number to call, only and email just for general/admin questions. I thought I would be in good hands through my first pregnancy with St Thomas but so far I'm very disappointed and I wonder what treatment I would during labour as the care so far don't give me any peace of mind..
