"Put at ease for cataract operation"

I would just like to thank all the staff for the care I received during my cataract operation. I was nervous arriving but I didn't feel anxious as soon as Dr Gillan and his team began greeting me.

Dr Gillan spoke to me before during and after my operation which I found very reassuring. And a special mention to James who put me totally at ease and treated me like a family member holding my hand and made sure I was comfortable. And the scrub nurses who were working very hard in the back.

You are all a great team and department and deserve lots of praise for the work you do. Thank you.
