This really isn't a great service. They have a askmygp service, however they turn this service off so you can't get in contact. When you do put in a request using this online service, they respond the following day.

Communication is pitiful between the receptionists and the health are professionals as information gets mixed up therefore patients end up being the ones suffering.

Hi, sorry for the delay in responding but I was not made aware your comment had been left by the automated system in place. We are experiencing unprecedented demand at the moment on AskMyGP and this is causing us to regularly turn this service off much earlier than we would like. We realise this is frustrating and apologise. We have recruited another GP, Dr Smith, for the practice and she started last month, hopefully this will have a positive effect on the services. If you wish to discuss your concerns further please do not hesitate to contact the practice direct.
