Just wanted to mention Naveed from the desk at clinic 12.
He brings so much energy, fun and smiles to the desk and waiting area and puts so much effort in to every conversation.
He even manages to make people smile when changing the TV with his fun chat.
He always chats to my daughter first and even her doll before booking us in.
He makes our day brighter every time and it's very much appreciated

Thank you so much for letting us know how much Naveed brightens up your daughter's visit.
We think Naveed is awesome as well - you're right, he's always fun and cheery and we are so thankful to him for supplying smiles to our children, their parents - and even the dolls and teddy bears!! He really does bring a sparkle to the waiting area.
Bringing joy must be catching as you've made us all smile by taking the time to let us know how well your visit went. Our Senior Management Team will pass your message on to Naveed, along with their own thanks!
