About: South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust / SSE Arena Vaccination Centre

(as a service user),

I attended the SSE Area for COVID vaccination today and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The doctor who spoke to me before the vaccination provided me with valuable information and was very reassuring about the injection and any side effects I could expect. The nurse giving the vaccination put me at ease and the whole experience was very well organised from start to finish. A great service and a great team. Many thanks.
