Went to A&E having damaged a finger. It was hit awkwardly with a heavy ball whilst playing catch (the dogs were piggies in the middle). I was seen fairly quickly by the Nurse Practitioner got some X-Rays, had diagnosis and got booked in for fracture clinic. From the receptionist to the nurse, X-ray and back; all pretty quick, very friendly and helpful. All in, a very good experience in a friendly atmosphere.
