My 1 year old son was recently admitted to a& e after sustaining a head injury during a fall, he was looked after from a lovely nurse called Misha who was so kind and compassionate. She took the time to help settle my little one and make the experience much less daunting.

Thank you for your lovely feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time - it means a lot to us! I will make sure I pass your feedback onto Misha, she will be very pleased. I do hope your son is doing well and wish you all well. Coming to hospital can be very daunting, it is lovely to know that Misha really made the experience positive.
