Had orthopaedic day surgery here on essu in March. From meeting surgeon in clinic to day of surgery everyone I came into contact with was kind and courteous. Everything was explained, everything was clean and felt safe during this covid era. Staff were all wore appropriate ppe and were on hand for any help or query I had. A big thank you to everyone.
