"Long waiting times to see a neurologist in worcester"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Neurology

(as a service user),

In September 2020 my daughter was sent to a and e by a physio regarding muscle weakness and pain. She was sent to Birmingham to see a spinal doctor who told her that her symptoms were not skeletal but were ms.. our  local Dr wrote to neurologist who sent a letter saying she had been accepted but too wait for an appointment.. she has been unable to work and her symptoms are worsening.. we have contacted neurology dept to be told she just has to wait.. it is now mid April... surely this is unacceptable..  such a worry for the family ..
