I attended A&E and the combined assessment unit - staff in both were efficient, attentive and so friendly. I was made to feel reassured and was given the highest standard of care In my opinion! Pearl on CAU was fantastic and made me feel so at ease. All of the staff made an effort to come over and talk to me, offer refreshments or check I was ok! I had a variety of tests and x-rays and was out in just under 4 hours! Dr Narayana was knowledgeable and even came to give me a thorough diagnosis and explanation despite the fact her shift had ended! Please pass on my thanks!
