"Things have changed in a good way"

About: Northwick Park Hospital / Maternity St Thomas' Hospital / Maternity care

(as a parent/guardian),

My baby was born at the end of March by emergency C-section and stayed 8 days in Neonatal Unit  Evelina at St.Thomas Hospital then was transfered to the local Hospital-Nortwick Park.

A number of years ago I was also at Northwick Park Hospital after 1 month stay in Evelina. At that time I had a bad experience, so when the doctor said they will transfer my current baby I was really scared, because of the previous memories from that hospital.

I want to say a Big Thank you to everyone that looked after my baby and also want to say that things in Northwick Park are changed in a good way, now I am much more calm and can trust the team that they doing a good job and showing a good attitude 😊

Thank you for your feedback following your baby's transfer to our Maternity unit after initially being cared for at St Thomas' Hospital.

I am pleased that your experience of our Maternity team was much better than before and that you saw improvements in the care since your elder baby's admission previously. The Maternity team will be very pleased to hear that this has been your experience and thank you again for taking the time to post about your baby's care with us.

I am really happy to come back and see a huge improvement.

Just if I can to correct you,my first baby was spent few month in Neonatal Unit and now we spent some time in the same Unit,but the things are much more better than the 4 years a go.
