"Poor service at my GP"

About: J.W. Roberts

(as the patient),

Hi, I've been begging for help with my mental health from my GP practice and I feel I'm being ignored. I've been waiting for a diagnosis for a 9 month chronic hip pain.   I'm at my wits end and this practice constantly makes me feel like I'm bothering them and I'm an inconvenience. I have suffered with my mental health for years and it can get really bad.   I have to chase up results, blood tests and also call backs are not done by the book. I received a call back after I requested it. Due to driving I missed it and received a txt 1 minute later asking if I still needed to see a practitioner to call back and re-book. I've always been told they try 3 times.   It's not acceptable to treat people this way.

Hi Nett, thank you for leaving your feedback - it's really important so that we can look at what we need to improve. If you could please phone the practice and ask to speak to the Manager, Clare, we can get you sorted and look into what has gone wrong. Thank you.
