"Can be very intimidating "

I’ve been a member of this practice for my entire life and so haven’t had any other experience with any other practices. The doctors I see are generally very nice and helpful. Never had any real issues. However, the receptionists can be very rude. I’m on medication for depression and anxiety and have to ring up every month for repeat prescriptions. I find it hard to ring up due to anxiety and sometimes it takes me around a week to pluck up the courage to ring. It makes mefeel like I’m being a nuisance to them and wasting their time. This has resulted in me occasionally missing days of medication and having difficult, painful and frightening experiences. I think I’m going to look at changing practice.
