"Now have to wait on a call"

(as the patient),

Queued for an hour to be told by the Doctor I am unable to get Astra Zenica as I am on warfarin. Why can this not be flagged on booking system? Why am I allowed to book at the Astra Zenica site rather than be directed to a site that issues Pfizer or Modena? Now have to wait on a call from a consultant in Ulster Hospital, when I asked when I would receive this call I was told it would be in next 2/3 weeks. Please explain and upgrade system so others aren't having added stress like myself today.

I am sorry that your vaccination visit has not worked out as would have been expected.

I am checking with service leadership now re: screening content and will post back to you on this. We do have a screening system in place during the booking telephone call.
