I phoned for a appointment taking nearly a hour to get through to then be told their is no appointments left today so ring bk tomorrow so I ring bk next day and again eventually getting through to the same receptionist again a phone appointment was made half Hartley with a 1 hour time slot no one phoned me so I get a health care worker whom was off duty to phone on my behalf to be blaintly lied too said they had made several attempts to phone house number strange as I had percivaly asked to be phoned on mobile to which the receptionist took my number at the time of making a appointment strange no message left on answer phone I was sat next to it I also had two people witness my phoning u and listen to call with receptionist it is disgusting service and beyond that a receptionist can deny u the right to medical assistance whom running the show obviously not the doctors and why can t the appointment be made for another day why is it your only allocated so many per day what happen to allocating a call from doctor for another day and time like when under normal circumstances u could do common sense prevails I have never been keen in seeing a doctor hence living with the pain I have for so long but when it starts to effect my well being the words neglect and being denied medical assistance. Come to mind this matter is far from over and will be seeking advice as too discriminate this surgery
