"Just what I needed"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I was admitted to the golden Jubliee for surgery on my hip.

I was a bit of a wreck, when I was wheeled into the operating theatre, there was a theatre assistant who, must have saw I was really anxious. He took my hand and  reasured me. This act of kindness was just what I needed, I can thank-you enough.
