"Worse doctor surgery "

I been ill for a month. I email them on 29th March. Spoke to doctor on 29th March. Doctor ask me to go for blood test. Phoned Tuesday 6th and Wednesday the 7th for blood results to be told both day that doctor need to look at my results. Explain my situation that I'm not well it get worse. I got told to phone Thursday 8th for a phone call appointment which is what I did. Reception lady said I would get a phone call. Gave the my contact details by 3 o clock had to phone doctors again to be told the Receptionist has put wrong number. Phone again at 5pm. Too be told doctor may not phone you today. I made 147 call trying to get through. Had to phone 111 at just before 6. I havent been to doctor since 2019 and get treated like this. This used to be a wonderful practice. Doctor got to university for 7 yrs to become a doctor to help people. I never been let done by a practice before. I'm now look for another practice.
