"I can see a bright light at the end of the tunnel and I feel brave"

About: South Yorkshire Housing Association Limited / My Best Life Social Prescribing

(as a service user),

When I first met Abby I didn’t know where I was. I was running around in circles making a trench deeper and deeper and couldn't find any light or a way out. Abby built me an imagined lift, showed me where it was and how to use it over the course of several weeks of listening and believing in me, and I'm now on the right road. The light is no longer small but very much lighter and brighter at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Abby, I couldn’t have done this on my own. I feel braver.
