Cyst in my head requiring to be removed. Felt a bit worried before going in.

Dear Tiago,

Thanks for letting us know how your visit went. It is great you valued the empathy and compassion, we try to remember that our patients may be a bit nervous, even if they don't show it.

Hopefully everything is healing well and you didn't feel too uncomfortable after the anaesthetic wore off.
