(as a relative),

A member of the family was recently referred to the Continence Team. I cannot praise our contact member of staff highly enough. In a challenging situation for the patient, Michelle was   supportive, thorough and very professional in her assessment and aftercare gaining patient confidence and protecting personal dignity in a sensitive situation. On this occasion NHS definitely has the right person in the right role and should know that this is appreciated by both patient and carers.

Thank you for taking the time to send in your lovely feedback to us. It was reassuring to read your positive comments as the continence team work very hard at ensuring they deliver the best possible service to our patients, and they really do focus on making the patient's feel comfortable, so it is lovely to see their efforts recognised by our patients.
