About: New Victoria Hospital (Glasgow)

(as a service user),

Just off the phone with a very helpful woman from support and information. (Sorry I forgot your name)   I really feel she went above and beyond to find out what was happening with my referral, ensure someone contacted me to get appointment arranged at a time I could attend and then phoned me back to ensure all had been sorted. She was just so kind and very sympathetic. I understand everything is challenging at the moment with covid so was really appreciative of everything she did. Thank you!
