Went for my booked appointment at 3. 30 on Saturday. I had left home early because the traffic was busy and ended up arriving 25 minutes early. I was taken anyway and the admn staff couldn't have been more helpful. A young male doctor asked me a few questions before a quick wait until a nurse sat me down for the jab which was totally painless and pleasant experience. I went throught about 4 or 5 NHS staff and everything was checked and double checked to confirm who I was, times and dates etc. Everything was organised, professional and all the staff were very polite from start to finish. Thank you to all concerned for your time and service.
