About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / COVID vaccination programme

(as the patient),

Arrived in good time for my covid vaccine, and impressed with how everything was organised etc. Queues well managed generally, staff knew what they were doing, and once in the cubicle for getting vaccine, the lady/nurse was so friendly and reassuring. Overall a more pleasant experience than I expected and would advise anyone thinking twice about getting it, don't worry, its fine and you'll be well attended to etc. Well done South Lakes vaccine centre. 👏👍
