"Ambulance crew"

About: Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a relative),

My brother-in-law was very sick last night and needed to go to hospital urgently. The paramedics arrived, I can't remember their names but one was a young lady and a Gentleman, they worked as a fantastic team together and they were very knowledgeable and put us at ease and did all the checks they should do and looked after him very well with such kindness. We are very grateful to them.

Dear Boat to

THank you for such kind words about our staff.

I'd love to be able to share this story directly with the staff concerned. It would be very helpful if you could contact careopinion.admin@nias.hscni.net to provide a little more detail about the incident so I can identify the crew who attended.

I hope your brother-in-law is getting the best of care and is on the road to recovery.

Thank you

Rachel
