"Trying to call CMHT"

About: Riverside Resource Centre

(as a service user),

Left in despair as told because I used bad language on phone and police could be called because of lack of engagement.

When did police scotland become CPNs? Why is the CMHT using this as a threat, even when previous valid fears of police are on notes?

I was having a BPD meltdown and felt suicidal, after waiting for over an hour for them to actually call back after 111 call, as there was no answer when I phoned Riverside CMHT. Then when I explained issues with a CPN, they tell me they wont listen after me calling someone a name. Nothing but threat of police.

CPN that phoned was patronising to my mum also, telling her she should phone the police if I self-harmed, not an ambulance!
