"Very pleasantly and promptly dealt with"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Urology

(as the patient),

I visited Urology last Wednesday for urine flow test.

I was met by Christine on check in and very pleasantly and promptly dealt with. I noticed I was among 3 older men and we all remarked on how Christine made us feel at ease. The test was easy and she let us know the result and if we needed to stay for further tests. She had such a lovely manner and I feel I have to say so here.
