About: Adult Mental Health Services - Community (City) / City South Local Mental Health Team (LMHT)

(as a service user),

I have been in crisis and feeling unsafe for several days now and each time I have been turned away by the mental health team.

I feel that I am in need of seeing a psychiatrist, but instead I have an appointment with the same nurse who discharged me from the service! I don't feel comfortable with this.

I feel let down by the mental health team and my health is getting worse.
