(as the patient),

I have been under the care of the Hillisborough District nurses for some time now and cannot praise their care highly enough.

Today, I had to call them in an emergency, my wound burst and I was quite distressed.

Wendy, Sister, arrived with me within 20 minutes, her care was exemplary, she cleaned and redressed the wound, sorted me with clean clothes and stayed with me until my son arrived. She tried to get my Dr on the phone, was unable to reach them so drove to the surgery to speak to the Dr. She has been on the phone several times to check in with me.

I don't know what I would have done without her today. She was amazing.

All the nurses are but today she was beyond fantastic.
