"Covid 19 test"

I arrived at the woodside testing facility, was spkoe to promptly in my car, the next few processes where explained to me in a clear and consise manner.   The whole process was well organised and timely.   I was made feel at ease during the test, the nurse explained the importance of obtaining a good sample, unpleasant as the nasal one is (for me at least - narrow nasal passages) I was no worse or in any significant discomfort from having the test.

Thank you for your feedback following your recent visit to our Covid19 Testing Clinic. I am glad the staff explained the testing process in a clear and concise manner and that your overall experience was timely and well organised. I am pleased to hear that the actual testing procedure did not cause you any great discomfort.

This feedback means so much to all the testing team staff especially considering the pressures they have encountered as a team over the last 12 months. The team work so hard to provide quality care, good communication and experience.
