Really amazing.

I had a reaction to the vaccine which made me very worried about having the second one. However, the staff were so professional and gave me antihistamine to mitigate risk and observed me closely for over and hour afterwards. Even gave me chocolate!

The NHS is very hard to work in at times, but being on the receiving end of care is always so wonderful.

Thank you for leaving such detailed feedback following your recent visits to our vaccination clinic. I am sorry to hear you had a reaction to your first vaccination and it is lovely to hear that the team looked after you so well on your second visit - especially with the chocolate!
