"Vaccination Clinic"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Covid Vaccination Programme

(as a service user),

Wasn't asked if I needed a seat, not only the elderly that need assistance.

Someone rushed me and told me to fill out the back of the consent form which was incorrect. A patient isn't a number, they are a person. Sometimes the task needs to be quick but not at the expense of the patient.

Vaccination team excellent! !

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback following your recent visit to our vaccination clinic. It is lovely to hear you describe the vaccination team as excellent, however I am sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience and felt rushed whilst you were queuing and completing your paperwork. This is not what we would have hoped for.

I have forwarded you comments to Alpa Patel, Vaccination Clinic Manager and she is going to relay your feedback to the team as a reminder. I do hope that your next visit is not as hectic.
