"Helpful staff for my mother's covid test"

I had to take my mother to the COVID testing site at Woodside road Ballymena. The site was signed but possibly needed more, as I was from the area I knew where it was but others may not.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, my mother is wheelchair bound so was in the back of the wheelchair car, this was no problem to the staff and managed to get her tested and put her at ease as she suffers from dementia and was very anxious.
