"Good care but long wait at Barnsley A&E"

After developing an allergic reaction to something, I attended A&E at the Barnsley District General hospital. The standard of care I received in A&E was good - all nurses and doctors were attentive and helpful to me.

The only thing which could have been better is shorter waiting times before being seen, but i don't suppose that much can be done about this if there are a lot of cases to be seen on some days.
