"Deterioration and frequent mental health crisis"

About: Crisis Mental Health / Single point of access team (SPA) & Emotional Wellbeing Service (EWS)

(as a carer),

SPA have been beyond useless for us, my wife has been deteriorating for months and despite being under the single point of access nothing has been done. Her level of service has been so poor that we are considering taking legal action against them.
