I ARRIVE. AT 9.15 for a 10.45 appointment The reception staff were no interested and tol me to sit down and wait to be called I understand you wait your turn but never got called ate I imormed the reception I was still waiting . They know your here sit down 11.30 I called a nurse over she then calle me in and the Dr. Said he was waiting for me but reception staf had messed up! He took 5 mins and said wait for a phone call for your operation. Customer service need addrsing and more consideration for people just sitting in reception for hours and not cheking with staff
