"Outstanding Care Once Again on Ward 11B."

About: Wansbeck Hospital

I underwent a Single Stage Left Hip Revision on Friday 12th March.

I would like to thank everyone involved in my wonderful care.

Firstly Ward 15 Day Surgery, these particular nurses treated me with upmost dignity and care, nothing was to much trouble these nurses definitely made me feel totally at ease for my forthcoming operation.

Secondly, The Theater Staff what a team of smashing professional people. I was asked what type of music I preferred to listen to during my operation by the Anisthetist I requested classical not a problem. The theatre team made me feel totally at ease which was greatly appreciated.

Thirdly Recovery Nurses, I was the last patient to arrive in recovery, the nurses were attentive and catered to my requests made me feel totally at ease whilst I waited to be transferred to my ward.

Last but no means least, The dedicated staff of Ward 11B who looked after me throughout my recovery, one cannot fault them in anyway their dedication and care was outstanding.

All the staff are part of a well oiled machine that runs very efficiently.

I would also like to mention the wonderful Orthopedic Surgeons that were involved in my care and wellbeing.

When I was discharged on Friday 19th March I felt that my care I received was outstanding and faultless which had set me up for my own recovery

Once again a huge thank you to all the dedicated staff of the Wansbeck Hospital during my stay.
