(as a relative),

I wish to commend Sister Gallagher and the staff of Ward 2 at Victoria Hospital Glasgow for the excellent standards of care received by my sister during her recent hospital  stay.

Despite challenging times, their dedication and concern for the patients in their charge was admirable. I would like to thank OT and physios too for their efforts in trying to improve mobility for my sister. It was heartwarming also to witness  the presence of student nurses on the ward. Their enthusiasm for the job and the affection they showed to patients shows that the future of the profession is in good hands (special mention to Corrinna). 

I would also like to mention the work of the ENT and Audiology depts for dealing with hearing issues experienced by my sister during her stay on the ward. The receptionist at ENT was particularly helpful.

Thank you for taking time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to you and your sisters experience of using the New Victoria Hospital.

I would like to thank you on behalf of all the staff in the ENT Department for your kind words this is very much appreciated.

I will be sure to pass on your comments to all the staff especially the ENT receptionist who I'm sure will be delighted to hear your sister was happy with her care and the advice offered.
