Dominique is my son's Audiologist, she is amazing! My son is 12 and rebelling against everything right now, including his hearing aids. Dominique has helped both my son and I through a very tough time. I just want to say thank you as you have no idea what your help has done for us both.

Dear J's Mum,

Thank you so much for sharing your son's story and how he has been supported.

It sounds like your son is of an age whereby he wants to exert his authority and make his own decisions in life, and that with both yours and Dominique's support he has been able to work through making his own choices in respect of his hearing aids, albeit it's been hard for him.

I really want to take this opportunity to say a heart-felt thanks to you for taking the time to feedback such a positive story. Our team take tremendous pleasure in hearing when they have got a young person's care right, and I can share with you, our management team will also personally thank Dominique for all she has done to support patient centred care.
