"Access to Wi-Fi"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital

(as a service user),

The Wi-Fi service provided at FVRH is not good for inpatients!

There is no communication. The log in numbers on the log in page are for internal phones. Patients have no contact with the log in people.

With no visitor access to patients technology offers options.

I was cut off yesterday after a procedure with no communication regarding this. A day later I still await WI-Fi?

Dear mineralfm65

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with our WiFi services, I understand that this has been frustrating for you.

We have been working to improve our services for staff, patients and visitors. This new service will allow anyone to self register making it easier to access WiFi Services.

NHS FV are looking to make this new access live by the end of April 2021 and this will result in a better services for everyone.

Kind regards

Scott Jaffray

Associate Director of Facilities and Infrastructure- Digital and E Health
