Have been a patient of this surgery for the last 30years and it has so much potential as the doctors are great! I have not one bad word to say about how the doctors care for their patients, BUT... all that goes out of the window if the appointment system is such a shambles. It has been awful for years and is getting worse. Surely at some point this needs to be addressed? When someone is unwell the last thing they need is to jump through hoops to just speak to someone! I don’t know who is responsible for sorting the appointment system out but they are failing and have been for years and this continues to affect every other aspect of service and care. Honestly, such a letdown to the potential of this surgery.
