took wife fairfield with police self harmed ambulances were really busy...stuck someone who is paranoid in distress self harmed in a open freezing room..i gone in reception asked can we be moved to some where warmer bit more isolated..the way the receptionist was disgusting atitude..wife walked out of a.e back home. if thats how fairfield treat us as patients in distress no wonder we dont trust them..my wife is terrified about going back to fairfield now..you dont put someone in distress in a cold open room..
has a carer they put me in a position..first time i been fairfield wife didnt wonna go now i got to sort somert now..shes still in distress..mental health doesnt go away because of covid 19..surely fairfield hospital know this..disgusting the way they treated my wife..how many more people who have turned up in distress..have been treated like bolow average citizen. i know all stressed we all are im a carer i am..you dont treat or speak to someone like that
