I was in hospital from 4th to the 13th July. Overall I thought the service was very good. I would like to thank all staff who were excellent and explained everything clearly to me, including tablets and side effects etc.
Telephone access was the only area that could do with improving. Patient line wasn't very good and expensive, a lot of patients complained about it.
My wife is disabled and as her carer, I had to arrange her care whilst I was in hospital. I was able to use my mobile phone to call out, but was not able to receive incoming calls.
