"Not good"

I think it's great that lister medical centre are now a vaccine hub, it's just a shame that it's at the expense of their patients, a chronic illness review is now over the phone !! How can you check someone, heart, blood pressure, lungs and weight over the phone, it's clearly a tick box exercise so they get paid for something they have not done, having been more than a year without seeing a gp or anyone medical even though I've had cancer and have long term Health issues, I think is disgraceful profit before patients never though that would be lister house or lister medical centre as it's now called.
