"My lovely Mum"

Mum has been at Red Rocks Nursing Home since mid-July last year (i.e., 2020), where she was transferred following surgery at the local hospital.

The care she has received has been nothing short of excellent - and consistently so - since day one. She arrived looking a little poorly and in low mood, but after just 24 hours at RRNH she was looking and sounding much more like herself.

There was a bit of an emergency towards the end of July, but the home was very quick to respond, an emergency doctor was called, and within a couple of days she was well on the mend, and continues to look well

Carers and nurses have been attentive, considerate and good-humoured. Mum is well fed, looks in good health, and in good spirits.

I can’t thank or praise Red Rocks too highly, and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.
