"Absolute shambles of a supposedly Caring practice"

About: St Marks Medical Centre (Tcg Medical)

My wife has a terminal illness she can't do anything for herself luckily she is on Queenscourts books who actually get things done. I told the Q/C Community nurse she was getting very confused she phoned Derby Rd and told them and an NHS Community NUrse came and took a blood sample. Some doctor phoned after the blood results came through I am prescribing Folic Acid and eat plenty of greens. Letter came from them saying repeat blood test required in 4 weeks so when the time was coming up I phoned for an appointment "phone at 8-0'clock we dont do prearranged appointments". But the doctor has requested we make an appointment " phone at 8-o'clock" following day as the time clicked over from 07-59 to 08-00 I phoned after listening to the war and peace reading I was 41 in the queue put phone down. Following day 33 in the queue phone down again. I phoned Neurologists secretary told her what was going on later Neurologist phoned and asked what problem was I told her the above. She arranged a scan at The Walton Centre which I took my wife to, the following day we had an online consultation with Neurosurgeon and she said that the scan showed up hardening of the arteries which in turn has caused Vascular Dementia which is incurable along with the type of Parkinson's she already had. I have nothing but contempt for this disgrace of a practice and am moving as soon as possible along with my wife. Looking for recommendations for a practice who are able to dispense care to a patient with complex needs, and the doctors aren't changing on a regular basis so there is no continuity in care seeing the same doctor. And getting an appointment is just a lottery unless you go and stand outside in the pouring rain or freezing cold until the magic 8 o'clock comes around.
