"Empty promises"

I've been waiting for an appointment letter for months, despite repeatedly being told one is in the post.

Reception told me someone would call me back despite not asking for my name or any identifying details.

Took 90 minutes to get through to someone in an attempt to reach duty team during crisis. By the time I got through it was close to the end of the day and was told nobody could call me back and I should've called sooner. 

No estimates given for the length of time for referrals to get through. Nobody has checked how I'm doing since my assessment. 

No allowances made for people with communication difficulties even though it is well documented that I have difficulty with speech at times.

During my therapy assessment it was clear nobody had taken the time to read my prior notes.
