"Praising mental health team"

About: Community Mental Health Teams The Longley Centre / Maple Ward

(as a service user),

I just want to thank the whole SHSC mental health services I’ve been in service for 10yrs and I’ve had absolutely amazing supportive care from Inpatient care on the maple ward to my care I get from northlands I’ve been on various community teams and the respect and teamwork I get from my team is amazing I have the most utter respect for the sevices and I can’t thank them for the excellent treatment I’ve had if it was not for the support I’ve had I doubt very much I be in the place I am now

its important that the who teams that worked with me know that it’s not always negative even tho I know you get more critical feedback but I felt it was important that the praise is given and well deserved

im so pleased the staff are pleased with this feedback as in my eyes your all valued and I owe so much to the services

such a pleasure to feedback this praise to the service

It really makes a difference for staff to hear positive feedback. We strive to make a difference in peoples lives and don't always get it perfectly right so its great to know when we do.
