"Felt like seeing old friends"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I had an appointment for day surgery to have bi-ops  for unusual marking on my leg. I was seen by Surgical Skin Team/ Lanarkshire Team. They were excellent, Barbara, Chris and Joanne were very nice and very friendly, They chatted all the way through the procedure. Wish everyone was as calming and friendly. I felt like id dropped in on old friends.
