(as a service user),

I have an excellent CPN at Annan community mental health team (Steven) but unfortunately recently he’s been moved around to do different things so through no fault of his own I’m not getting my usual amount of contact with him which has had a negative impact on my mental health. I have EUPD and regular contact with my CPN and consistency in my care is very important to my well-being.

However, it's disappointing to hear that you feel you are not getting your usual amount of contact if that is required.
