Asked the GP a question on the website on behalf of my son who was struggling with throat infection prompt reply additional information given as requested and a prescription for antibiotics was at our local chemist all with 2 hours.
Whenever we have contacted them reception/GP always contacts via email or telephone call
"Always fast prompt response"
